Orders are normally shipped (discreetly packaged) within 2-4 business days from the time they are placed. "Business days" means Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm Pacific Time, excluding holidays. This time should be added to the shipping time in order to calculate your expected arrival date. Special orders may take longer to ship, depending on availability of merchandise. Unless otherwise specified, orders within the Continental US are shipped via US Priority Mail. Expedited shipping methods, and shipping to locations outside of the continental US are available for an extra charge, which is dependent on the exact shipping method and location.

We do NOT sell our mailing lists or release our customers' names to anyone for any purpose, ever. You can shop with confidence at Dainties without worrying that your name will show up on some telephone solicitor's list or that you will be flooded with junk e-mail.
We respect our customers' privacy. We do send out special offers to our customers occasionally via e-mail. If you would prefer not to receive such offers, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list using the link at the bottom left of this page, or send us an e-mail and we will remove you from our mailing list.
- Returns & Replacements

Due to the intimate nature of our merchandise, refunds can only be offered if all of the following conditions are met:
- Customers must have a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning merchandise to Dainties. Merchandise returned without an RA number will be refused and returned to sender, and no refund will be issued. Merchandise that is not defective, or is returned without prior authorization will be subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.
- Garments must be unworn and unwashed.
- All original tags, including price tags, garment care tags, hang tags, etc. must be in place and intact.
- Original sales receipt must be included with merchandise.
- Refunds are limited to defective merchandise. Please be sure of the size and color before you order, as we cannot exchange intimate apparel.
If returned lingerie has obviously been worn or abused, we reserve the right to adjust the amount of the refund, or to return the used garments to you. Refunds are given in the form of Dainties store credit. No cash refunds will be given.
